2. Definitions and scope
- "Platform": the sexgym.com website and its subdomains.
- "Services": digital training content, programs, routines, calendars, community features and support.
- "User": person who creates an account or accesses the Services.
- "Subscription"periodic paid access to the Services.
These Terms apply to all Users. If you do not accept the document, do not use the Platform.
3. Account, eligibility and security

- Free 3-day trialif active, you will not be charged until day 3. You can cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.
- Collectionsare processed by secure gateway. We accept credit cards and other methods indicated at checkout.
- Invoicesavailable at My account. Update your billing information before the next cycle.
- Price changesWe will communicate with reasonable notice; they will apply to the next cycle.
5. Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds
- Cancellationyou can cancel at any time from My account → Subscriptions. Access is maintained until the end of the paid period.
- Refundsexcept in the event of a charging error or applicable regulations, payments are non-refundable as they are for on-demand digital content.
- Right of withdrawalIf you are a consumer in the EU, the withdrawal may not apply after the start of the digital service with your express consent.

With your subscription you get a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view Sexgym content for private, non-commercial purposes.
It is prohibited to: (i) download or redistribute videos unless a download option is provided, (ii) share credentials(iii) reproduce, record, publish or make available the content to third parties.

All contents (videos, audios, images, texts, trademarks and logos) are the property of sexgym.com or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond the limited license above.

8. Health, safety and disclaimer
- You participate under your sole responsibility. It ensures a safe space and adequate material.
- Sexgym is not responsible for injuries derived from an inadequate use of the contents or non-compliance with these indications.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required by law, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
